These terms apply to purchases from the Nina Costa online store. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

The Nina Costa store is operated by Hussein Maziad, sole trader, 8 Aftokratoros Theofilou, 2364 Lefkosia, Cyprus. Email: hussein.maziad@gmail.com. Not registered for VAT.

Products

Our products are printed on demand by a third-party print partner. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Designs and artwork on this site belong to Nina Costa and may not be copied or resold.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product can't be produced, with a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our shipping policy and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
